What is your gift exchange/return policy?

We are happy to accommodate gift exchanges! To start this process, please contact us on contact@mokshjewellery.com. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item. However a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes are valid for a lifetime!

Can I add a gift message?

Of course! You can email us on contact@mokshjewellery.com. Your message will add the personal touch.

Do you offer special gift packaging?

Each MOKSH pieces come beautifully packed in our signature pouches and gift boxes, because whether you are buying it for yourself or someone else, it is something special just the same!

Do you offer engraving?

Yes Of course! You can add a personal touch to all rings and bangles in our Collections and our engravable, including uppercase and lowercase letters as well as any typed symbols! Character limits are as
follows:
» Rings: Up to 3 characters.
» Bangles: Up to 6 characters

We use Times New Roman for all our engravings

How should i care for my jewellery?

To maintain the luster and durability of your jewellery, avoid wearing it while showering, exercising or swimming! Always put it on last when getting ready and avoid any contact with perfumes, lotions or cosmetics. Particularly for pearls, as this may affect the colour or lustre .Never expose jewellery to household cleaning products, such as bleach, chlorine or other chemicals. Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before wearing your jewellery.

How should i clean my jewellery?

To keep all your jewellery looking radiant, soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of detergent. Use a soft brush to clean and gently pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Please note: Warm water should only be used in the case of gold and diamond jewellery. For gemstones and pearls, please read below.
Gemstones and pearls are delicate and so best cleaned with a soft, untreated, damp cloth. Please note: hot water and harsh chemicals should be avoided at all times.
Do not use tissue paper, paper towels or cotton while cleaning your jewellery as it may cause scratching and leave fibres on the jewellery.

How should i store my jewellery?

Store it separately in the specially designed MOKSH pouch provided or another suitably box or soft pouch.We recommend storing your pieces separately, so that they don't rub together or become tangled.

What if my jewellery fades?

We offer complimentary re-polishing!! All you need to do is get it to us, please refer to our Returns, Exchange and Repairs section. However here is an easy hack to bring back the lustre to your piece, please refer above to our how should I clean my jewellery.

Does gold scratch?

All of our pieces are made with 18kt and, so they are durable but malleable, and certainly not scratch resistant.While scratching is totally normal, it can be more noticeable on a piece with a larger surface area.

What metal are MOKSH pieces comprised of?

All MOKSH pieces are made in solid 18 kt gold to last you a lifetime!

What is 18 kt gold?

All gold starts off as 24 kt gold. 18 kt is 18 parts pure gold and 6 parts alloy. 24kt solid gold is too soft, so alloys are added to make the gold jewellery durable and wearable.

Are your diamonds natural and real?

Yes! All the diamonds we use are natural and real.

What is the quality of your stones?

We use VVS/VS (‘very very small or very small’) and FG color (‘Near Colorless’).

We use salt water and lake water pearls of various origin and sizes.

All colour stones we use are natural.

Can i get a certificate of authenticity?

Of course! You can be rest assured that each piece comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity and is BIS Hallmarked.

What is BIS Hallmarking and is my piece BIS Hallmarked?

Yes all MOKSH pieces are BIS hallmarked.The BIS hallmark is a hallmarking system for gold jewellery sold in India certifying the purity of the metal. It certifies that the piece of jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the national standards organization of India.Under Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Act, an independent hallmarking agency certifies gold on the basis of Indian standards. In other words, gold jewellery can only be evaluated and tested at official hallmarking centers and then certified that the metal conforms to the national and international standard of fineness and purity.

When will my MOKSH purchase arrive?

You can expect your MOKSH piece to reach you within 4-6 weeks of placing an order.

How do you deliver my MOKSH purchase?

We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery. You will always receive your order in a tamper proof envelope which can only be opened by destroying it. In case you believe your package has been tampered with, please make sure you immediately take a photograph of the same and get in touch with our customer service team on contact@mokshjewellery.com.

As a brand based in India, do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to all prominent international destinations like the United States of America, United Kingdom, most countries in Europe, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar, Hongkong, Singapore, Canada and Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping across the world. Please note, there may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list in which case we will notify you of the shipping
charges on a case-to-case basis. In the scenario, that your zip code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us on contact@mokshjewellery.com. and we will try and get it to you!

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Sure, please contact us on contact@mokshjewellery.com. as soon as possible and we will try our best to change the shipping address. Please note, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the address.

Is my MOKSH order insured?

Worry not! All goods will
be fully insured by MOKSH until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe. All our shipments are
shipped via reputed shipping partners like FedEx, DHL, UPS, depending on the delivery location.

Is the delivery process safe?

Yes it is, we wouldn’t have it any other way! In addition to providing the product in our MOKSH boxes, we also ship it in a tamper proof envelope and make sure that each piece is insured! We also work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Our trusted shipping partners require proof of delivery for all orders. This means that we
are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signatory. Please ensure that you are available at the assigned delivery address at the time of parcel arrival. Shipping is done from our parent company TANVIRKUMAR & COMPANY.

Why is the shipment and invoice from TANVIRKUMAR & CO and not from MOKSH?

MOKSH is assigned to our registered company TANVIRKUMAR & COMPANY. Hence, the invoice and the shipment are felicitated under the same name.

Do your necklaces come in different lengths?

Yes! MOKSH necklaces have been designed so they can be worn short, closer to the collar bone and long.

What is my bracelet size?

MOKSH bracelets come in a standard size of 6.5 inches.
To know your size, follow the steps below:
Using a string/thread, measure your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet (please keep in mind how loosely you would generally wear your bracelet)
→ Mark the meeting point where it overlaps to form a full circle.
→ Place the string on a ruler or measuring tape and measure the exact length in inches.

What is my ring size?

To know your ring size, follow the steps below
•You will need a ruler and an existing ring that fits you
•Use the ruler to measure the inner diameter of the ring as shown in the image below. You may measure in mm or cm.


•You now have the inner diameter of your ring, use the following chart to determine your ring size.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Important: High jewellery or resized jewellery made on a custom basis for clients are not
eligible for return or exchange.

We're only happy if you're happy. If, for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange. All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product for unworn / unused products. This is not applicable for any customized/altered products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. If you want us to buyback the jewellery, we will deduct 15% of the purchased value and transfer the balance
to you. MOKSH is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return/exchange any
items once they have been altered by a third-party jeweller. Please note in some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your MOKSH product in a sealed envelope.

Please note that we do not cover/reimburse costs related to return shipping. This will be entirely your own responsibility to have the products returned to us safely & securely. We recommend opting for insurance for the shipment before processing it for transit.

We also recommend using a reliable, safe & trackable shipping method that provides proof & receipts of your shipment in order to track its location at all times. You are liable to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damages, if any, come to the jewellery in transit.

Once your return shipment has been received by our offices (within 14 days from date of delivery to you), our team will inspect the contents of the package thoroughly. Please note that we have the right to refuse your return if we find that items are damaged, incorrect or missing or the items show any sign of wear.

We will not be liable for any fee charged for the transaction by payment gateways or banking partners and shall not be liable to reimburse shipping costs incurred by you.

What is the process of returning/exchanging my product?

Get in touch with us by dropping us an email on contact@mokshjewellery.com. .Our customer care executive will be happy to assist you and make the process as seamless as possible. While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the MOKSH box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate. The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QC department. If the product passes QC, you can expect a full refund/exchange.

How will my refund be processed?

The refund will be processed via bank transfer.

What if I have received a damaged/incorrect piece?

Oh snap! That definitely should not have happened. Just get in touch with us by dropping us an email on contact@mokshjewellery.com. Please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged/incorrect piece and send it to us.

What if my product breaks?

Quality is extremely important to us, so if your jewellery breaks, we would be happy to fix it for you free of charge within our 30-day warranty period. To initiate the repair process, please contact us on contact@mokshjewellery.com. We are happy to repair any piece beyond our 30 day warranty period too. In this case, any additional charges will be levied on a case-to-case basis. Please note our complimentary 30-day warranty does not cover lost stones. We are happy to replace any lost stones at an additional charge which will be determined on a case-to-case basis.

Note :- Please note that we do not cover/reimburse costs related to repair shipping. This will be entirely your own responsibility to have the products returned to us safely & securely. We recommend opting for insurance for the shipment before processing it for transit.
