1. How do I purchase a piece from Moksh?
Every Moksh purchase is handled personally. Reach out to us via our website or WhatsApp (+91 7506641718) and our team will guide you through the process. We can also arrange a video call to walk you through a piece you love, as well as our broader collection.
2. How long does it take to receive my piece?
We offer shipping internationally. Shipping takes anywhere from 2–5 business days. For orders, production can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the piece.

3. Can I commission a bespoke piece?
Yes. We work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, from concept to creation. Every bespoke commission is handled with the same care and rigour as our own collections. Reach out to us and our team will guide you through the process.
4. Do you offer resizing?
Yes. Our team can resize pieces while preserving the integrity of the original design.

We are always happy to set up a phone or video call with our team, who can walk you through our collections and guide you through the process. Every Moksh piece is designed and brought to life entirely in-house, in our own facility in Bombay.

Every piece leaves our studio in signature Moksh packaging, handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives as intended.
10. Do you offer repairs or restoration?
Yes. Please reach out to our team and we will be happy to assist.
11. What is your returns policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of our work and the craft that goes into every piece, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each creation is made with care and intention, making it uniquely yours.
12. Do pieces come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All relevant certifications are provided with your piece at the time of purchase.
