1. How do I purchase a piece from Moksh?
Every Moksh purchase is handled personally. Reach out to us via our website or WhatsApp and our team will guide you through the process. We can also arrange a video call to walk you through a piece you love, as well as our broader collection.
2. How long does it take to receive my piece?
We offer shipping Internationally. Shipping takes anywhere from 2–5 business days. For
orders, production can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on the
complexity of the piece.
BESPOKE & CUSTOMISATION
3. Can I commission a bespoke piece?
Yes. We work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, from concept to creation. Every
bespoke commission is handled with the same care and rigour as our own collections.

4. Do you offer resizing?
Yes. Our team can resize pieces while preserving the integrity of the original design.

5. Can I visit the Moksh House in person?
Yes, visits are available by private appointment at our showroom in South Bombay. Write to

6. Where are your pieces available?
Our pieces are available at our showroom in Bombay and through select retail partners

7. I am based outside of India — how can I connect with Moksh?
We are always happy to set up a phone or video call with our team, who can walk you
through our collections and guide you through the process. We also have dedicated sales
teams in Dubai and New York. Additionally, we exhibit our work at select global exhibitions

8. Where are Moksh pieces made?
Every Moksh piece is designed and brought to life entirely in-house, in our own facility in
Bombay.

9. How are pieces packaged and delivered?
Every piece leaves our studio in signature Moksh packaging, handled with the utmost care to
ensure it arrives as intended.
10. Do you offer repairs or restoration?
Yes. Please reach out to our team and we will be happy to assist.
11. What is your returns policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of our work and the craft that goes into every piece, we do not
offer returns or exchanges. Each creation is made with care and intention, making it uniquely
yours.
12. Do pieces come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All relevant certifications are provided with your piece at the time of purchase.
